What a year. It was March 15th last year that the Governor announced the inevitable, restaurants would be shut down from the pandemic. Among the tragedies, restaurants would be faced with existential challenges. For Brato, we had just opened and were gearing up towards our first patio season when the blow hit. Yet despite all of the hurdles, YOU all got us through the storm. Now, to commemorate one year of tough, hard nosed vigilance, we’d like to at least cook you all dinner, and offer you our first mixed four pack. Canning came about as one of many pivots in the lockdown, as did our virtual events. We can’t think of a better way to commemorate one year of remaining vigilant than to celebrate with two of our stronger pivots.
