SHANE WHITTREDGE
Shane Whittredge is a Boston-based fitness instructor at EverybodyFights and Seaport Sweat known for delivering high-energy workouts that build strength, confidence, and community. His classes are designed to challenge participants, push them beyond their comfort zones, and remind them that they're capable of more than they think.
Shane's passion for fitness grew when he shifted his focus from how his body looked to what it could do. From tough training sessions to endurance races, he's experienced firsthand how movement can build resilience and confidence both inside and outside the gym.
When he's not coaching, you'll likely find him running through the streets of Boston while training for his next race and seeking out new challenges along the way.

CAROLINE WILLSON
Caroline Willson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Registered Yoga Teacher, Pilates and Sculpt instructor, and full-time instructor at The Handle Bar. With more than eight years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she is known for her uplifting energy, thoughtful coaching, and expertise in helping people move with strength and confidence.
Drawing from her background in physical therapy, yoga, and Pilates, Caroline blends movement science, mindful breathwork, and functional strength training to create classes that are both challenging and accessible. Her workouts combine precision, athletic movement, and motivating energy, leaving participants feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered long after class ends. Outside the studio, Caroline is passionate about helping people build resilience through movement and discover their authentic strength both on and off the mat.
