Nem Kitchen is popping up for the first time ever at Lamplighter's taproom, Cambridge! Headed by chef Vinh Le, architect and urban designer turned chef, Nem is a creative spin on what the next generation of Vietnamese food looks and tastes like, perfect to pair with our Lamplighter craft beer.
On April 12th, Nem is unveiling to the public a new dining concept: Vietnamese tapas dinner style, with our special "What the Duck?" menu and Sot Cay signature all-purpose sauce. Centered around the theme of duck confit, Nem's set of light and hearty bites takes you on a journey through the most-beloved Vietnamese classics: Goi Cuon (Spring rolls), Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguettes) and Goi (Vietnamese grill and salads). The team has perfected every bite of every dish, and can't wait to bring you on board.
