Very Merry Mixology with Bully Boy Distillers

Don’t let the cold keep you indoors! We're pairing up with Bully Boy Distillers for a Mixology Class teaching you how to create three signature cocktails from start to finish using local spirits made right here in New England. Come on out and learn how to impress your guests this holiday season with take-home recipes that will have everyone talking.
Upon arrival, attendees will be handed a drink to help warm up before we get down to cocktail basics followed by a tour around the state of the art facility to learn more about Bully Boy and their liquor-making process. Finally, we’ll head over to their Tasting Room bar, which was voted Best of Boston in 2017, where the step-by-step demonstration will begin!
The class will introduce proper mixology techniques, basic cocktail terminology, and insight about every single ingredient. If you are curious to know the difference between bitters vs. mixers, shaken vs. stirred, and what the heck “up” and “rocks” mean, now is the perfect opportunity to learn with Bully Boy’s freshly made bitters and syrups. As you make and shake your own craft cocktails, bar snacks will be provided.
About the instructors:
Alex Koblan has been a brand ambassador for Bully Boy for over 2 years and recently took on a full-time position running the distillery Tasting Room, events program, and social media/marketing. Her first foray into the beverage industry was with beer which developed into a passion for spirits and all things Bully Boy. Swing by the Tasting Room most nights to catch her in action.
Adrian Navarro is one of the lead bartenders in the Bully Boy Tasting Room and has been with the team since the space opened in April of 2017. Adrian's passion for riffs on classic cocktails and sweet liquid treats can be found all over the Bully Boy menu and he prides himself on ensuring each and every guest has a wonderful and unique experience during their visits. Stop in Thursdays through Sundays to see him in action at the Tasting Room!
