Yeasted breads are not hard to make! There are a few cautions and they do take a little time and patience but the results are worth it. Each student in this hands-on class will make two small loaves of bread; one to take home and one to share with the class. Students will be able to choose between making farmhouse white, harvest wheat, yeasted cornbread, rosemary olive oil, honey egg, or oatmeal bread. While the bread is rising and baking we’ll share a glass of wine and work on a soup and some interesting spreads.
