Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Kitchen for a hands-on class focused on delicious, crowd-pleasing vegetarian dishes and how to plate them for full effect, You’ll learn to make two spectacular seasonal vegetarian entrees: Roasted Cabbage Wedge with Brown Miso Butter Glaze on a bed of Sweet Potato Puree and a Ginger Garlic Jasmine Rice Bowl with with Chinese BBQ Roasted Cauliflower and Charred Pickled Radishes. Both entrees are perfect to serve for family and guest gatherings and provide a great mid-week break in the meat routine.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
