Why is it that so often our relationships and interactions with others result in a storm of painful emotions? Why do we feel so much grief when we are separated from those we love? And why does what appears to be a “perfect match” so often end in conflict? The answer to these questions can be found in Buddha’s teachings on love, desire and attachment.
In this talk and guided meditations led by teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, we can learn to distinguish between these different and mixed states of mind and establish the foundation for lasting harmonious relationships, solving many of our daily problems.
