Start with SONOMA’s signature French Onion Soup, fresh Island Creek Oysters, or Little Leaf Farms Local Greens. A wide range of delectable entrees feature Organic Grilled 8 oz. Filet Mignon, served with Cognac peppercorn sauce, whipped golden Yukon potatoes, and sautéed Brussel Sprouts. Or, select SONOMA’s Maine Lobster Casserole, with herb roasted fingerling potatoes, and baby carrot confit. Additional choices include Pan Seared Long Island Duck Breast, Faroe Island Salmon, and Vegetarian Mushroom Ravioli.
