Proposed regulations were published in January by the newly created Department of Family and Medical Leave, and following public hearings, will be finalized by the end of March. Required employer/employee contributions will begin July 1st, with the first paid leave benefit beginning January 1, 2021. Come join us for lunch and an update on this important MA initiative!
