Technology makes it quick and easy for us to connect virtually. However, it is also chiseling away at our ability to connect with people in a way that makes them feel valued and understood. In this interactive workshop, led by Etiquette Expert Janet Parnes, you’ll learn practical techniques that transform conversations into powerful tools to bring in clients and advance your career.
You’ll leave equipped with concrete ways to use conversation as a relationship tool, including:
· Strategies for using your words/phrases to make others feel they have your undivided attention
· Body language: gestures that strengthen (and undermine) messages
· How to make small talk less awkward and more profitable
· How to navigate through a common conversation conundrum
· Digital-communications pitfalls
