United South End Settlements is offering a free virtual mental health workshop in partnership with Mindyra Health Corporation on Monday January 31, 2022. The workshop will be led by Mindyra Chief Clinical Officer Connor Patros, Ph.D., who will provide attendees with helpful insights into how to improve their mental health during the pandemic. This workshop will focus on assisting family units in support of their children’s mental health and cover topics such as child psychology, understanding your child’s cognitive/behavioral help and how it relates to the health of the family unit, and how to talk to kids about mental help.
