Union Square Main Streets is very pleased to be managing our fabulous Union Square Farmers Market this summer, building on the great work that Mimi Graney and Mary Cat Chaikin have done.
The Union Square Farmers Market will open on Saturday, May 13th - less than 6 weeks from now! We are excited to announce this summer's vendor line up.
The staff worked very closely with a committee made up of Union Square Main Streets Board members to determine our final selection. We had some difficult decisions to make and dedicated extensive time and thought to our decisions. We made our selection with the goal of having a mix of vendors who will:
- Provide great, fresh, healthy locally-grown produce;
- Offer a broad mix of products;
- Ensure a fiscally sound market that will enable USMS to continue to provide this Market for the community this year and in years to come; and,
- Create a welcoming, friendly and safe community and shopping environment for patrons, vendors and staff.
