In this immersive three-hour cooking class with Chef John you'll learn to prepare authentic regional dishes that capture the essence of Tuscan flavor—rustic, bold, and unforgettable. From handmade pasta to traditional sweets, each recipe is crafted to be both cost-conscious and true to tradition. Recipes include: panzanella salad, ribollita, pici pasta with wild boar ragu, pollo alla diavola, and cantucci with vin santo. Perfect for all skill levels.
