Ultimate Patriots' Day Weekend at the Inn at Hastings Park

Located in the center where the American Revolution began, the Inn at Hastings Park is walking distance to the Battle Green where "The Shot Heard Round the World" was taken as well as to the many historic taverns that housed American and British soldiers. 

In honor of Patriots’ Day, Town Meeting Bistro will be offering Hasty Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream as a dessert special all weekend long! Originating in England in the 1600s, Hasty Pudding first appeared in the American colonies and post-colonial American recipes as a quick porridge and evolved into a warm spiced dessert.

All overnight guests during the weekend will receive a special welcome package to get them into the festive spirit and help guide their stay over this long-holiday weekend. The welcome package includes: American Flag, Inn at Hastings Park sports bottle, and itinerary of Patriots’ Day activities around Lexington. For guests with little ones, take advantage of the Pint-Sized Patriots package that includes a choice of Revolutionary book to take home and a child-sized Tricorne Hat.

On the evening, early morning of Saturday, April 15th/Sunday, April 16th, hotel guests will also enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and baked goods as they depart or return from the re-enactment of Paul Revere’s famous midnight ride. 

During the afternoon of April 16th, the Inn will be offering lemonade and sweet treats as guests head out to enjoy the parade right outside the Inn’s front door! 

On Patriots’ Day (Monday, April 17th), Town Meeting Bistro will be serving an a la carte brunch and breakfast sandwiches to-go from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. Please see below for more information. 

After brunch on April 17th, take the house Volvo (available on a first come basis) or house bicycles to cheer on Boston Marathon runners along the route. All through April, the Inn will also be offering Samuel Adams 26.2 Brew in honor of the Boston Marathon.
