In this class we’ll put together a great gourmet burger bar. There will be mushrooms, bacon, fresh and sautéed onions, avocados, salsa, as well as lettuce and tomatoes. We’ll have an assortment of cheeses, rolls and condiments. Students will make slider size burgers out of turkey, beef and lamb with a vegetarian option and everyone will be able to try several different burgers. For accompaniment we’ll roast some potatoes and veggies and share a fabulous meal at the end of the evening. Instructor: Dagmar Smith
