Learn how to hike in the winter on top of New Hampshire’s highest mountain. This two-day course with certified guides will help you prepare for nature’s coldest with the first day being a mix of indoor and outdoor learning and the second day a climb up Mt. Washington.


Gain confidence in climbing the Ice Coast, and obtain the necessary background to then continue hiking the best of New Hampshire's mountains. Any equipment you’ll need can be rented after arriving, including ice axes and more. Bring all of the gear you have to see if it makes the cut.


The cost of this trip includes the two-day course, one night of accommodation, and carpool from Boston. This adventure would normally cost $390 - the relationship we have with these local businesses allow us to give you the most affordable price allowed. Accommodation includes hot water, electricity, and dorm-bunk style sleeping.


If you live north of Boston you can be picked up at a Park & Ride. Previous experience hiking at least Mt. Monadnock qualifies you to join.
