While stuck in isolation, gaming can be an awesome way to keep socially connected. Even for those of us without gaming consoles and libraries of our own, there are lots of opportunities out there to game with friends... you just gotta know where to look!
Every other Tuesday at 3pm, a small team of your friendly local BPL Teen Librarians will be LIVE on our Teen Services Twitch channel discovering a MYSTERIOUS NEW game that most of us have never played before. Will we saunter through the quirky, winding halls of The Stanley Parable…? Bend our brains pushing puzzles around in Baba Is You…? Lose your marbles in Marbles...? You’ll have to stop by to discover each game along with us, lending your mental magnitude to help us make key decisions, develop strategies, and just have fun hanging out and chatting about life!
Come visit TWITCH.TV/BPLts using your phone or Internet-enabled device to join the game, joke around in chat, and even recommend the next game! If you are in 6th through 12th grade, come join the conversation in Twitch... let's find a way to make social distancing a little less distant!
