Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar takes the unique approach of matching wine and food with a dynamic, sensory-evoking culinary experience that simplifies the art of pairing.
Join Chef Daniel Bruce & Sommelier Benjamin Oram on an adventure through Tuscany, Italy on Thursday, May 30. Guests are invited to an expertly paired, five-course wine dinner, featuring selections from vineyards in Tuscany. Chef Daniel Bruce will be highlighting ingredients such as Fennel Rubbed Roast Steak Florentine to perfectly pair with the wine selection, Montevertine, IGT Toscana, Sangiovese.
The Tuscan Wine Dinner takes place in Meritage’s Sonoma dining room, featuring sweeping views of Boston Harbor. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and is $195 per person (tax & gratuity included).
