Let’s spice up your dinner and learn how to make Turkish street food in the comfort of your own kitchen. Join Chef Didem, our native Turkish chef, who will be teaching how to use spice in your everyday cooking with her intuitive knowledge of Turkish cuisines and her cooking experience working with Chef Ana Sortun at Sofra and Oleana restaurant. We’ll make chicken shwarma, tahini yogurt, shepard salad, and celeriac and carrot fritters. You are welcome to cook along or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be emailed to you prior to the class along with the Zoom link. Instructor: Didem Hosgel
