Celebrate peak tuna season with Chef Tracy Chang and the PAGU team at a seafood feast like no other. After two sold-out events last summer, we’re reeling in the best of Wulf’s Fish for an immersive journey through the world of tuna. Guests will rotate through stations featuring giant roasted collars for handrolls, a butchery demo of prized cuts (akami, chutoro, otoro), torching marinated fatty fish, tin fish pintxos and a noodle bar. Slurp fresh Cape oysters, savor ceviche, and explore the full spectrum of tuna and its food chain. Bring friends, make new ones, and dive into late summer seafood at its best.


$89 includes the stations except the splendid shellfish station


$119 includes all the stations + the splendid shellfish station


We highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time and won’t be able to guarantee availability for walk-in at the door as we expect the event to sell out quickly as it did in 2024. We also recommend pre-booking the splendid shellfish station so we can ensure we have sufficient quantities on hand.
