What's in season in February? Maple syrup! Tu B'shvat is a Jewish tradition of assessing our field and fruit trees. This year, Ganei Beantown is celebrating Tu B'shvat by visiting Land's Sake to learn about maple sugaring. This program is open to everyone - so come join us for some fun!

Led by the Land's Sake educators, we'll explore the sugaring process, from tree-tapping, wood splitting, to boiling and bottling. Making local maple syrup is highly weather dependent, so our exact activities will be determined closer to the program date. Be prepared to be outside. Join Land's Sake and Ganei Beantown to explore Tu B'shvat in New England. Pre-registration is required.
