On Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., enjoy a night of wining and dining at Chopps American Bar and Grill with Rodney Strong winemaker Greg Morthole. Executive Chef Steve Zimei is presenting a perfectly paired prix fixe menu for the evening. For $95, guests can sip on top picks from Greg Morthole and indulge in a first course of Baked Oysters (spinach, parmesan cream, and herb breadcrumbs), Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip (River Rock Farms, baby beets, potato pave, shallot brandy) as an entre and a Dark Chocolate Lava Cake (espresso crème anglasise, peppermint stick gelato) to complete the meal.
