Join Kate O'Donnell, author of The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook, to integrate the grounding, warming, and circulating practices of Ayurveda's fall routines. We will discuss daily routines for fall, seasonal cleansing, and the best foods for the season and how to prepare them. Class will conclude with a yoga sequence to balance the qualities of the season. With a little preparation, you can feel better all winter long.
