Transforming Adverse Conditions - a meditation workshop

Henna Ahuja is the EPC at KMCB. She was born and raised in India, and has always had a deep fascination with Buddhism and its profound values. As a student of the Foundation program, Henna has found the opportunity to delve into the depths of Buddha's teachings and texts extremely helpful . to not only deepen her theoretical knowledge but has also learn practical techniques for incorporating Buddha’s teachings into her daily life.
