Drop Clock Club’s Supper Club at Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine at 645 Cambridge St, Cambridge, one of the city’s first Uyghur restaurants. This week, we’ll try authentic spicy stir-fried chicken with hand-pulled flat noodles, tomato egg, dry-fried noodles, spicy beef noodles, and a surprise appetizer.
