Uncover the history of American mourning traditions, funeral customs, and burial practices as they relate to the loss of a loved one throughout Boston's history. Discover the memorials within King's Chapel and explore the crypt beneath King's Chapel, walking among the 21 tombs, and experience the stories of the historic people and couples laid to rest within them.
Tours offered at 5:30 PM and 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays throughout February.
IMPORANT NOTE: In accordance with local public health mandates in the City of Boston, attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival. Masks must be worn throughout the entirety of the tour. Thank you for your cooperation.
