Jess Fracalossi is the founder of The Handle Bar and creator of MOVE workout. Jess is committed to providing a top of the line experience to The HB rider community, and she works to continuously create opportunity for personal and professional growth for her dedicated team. It is Jess’ belief that there is nothing stronger than the power of positive energy and she hopes to continue bettering the lives of The HB riders and team through honest work, community engagement and a lot of sweat.
The Handle Bar is a boutique fitness chain located in metro Boston. The studios are located in South Boston, Fenway, Harvard Square and North Station. Their music-driven, low-lit classes create an intoxicating environment that has proven addicting and transformative for their beloved community. With the signature cycling class, the newly developed kettlebell and mobility workout, and their continued philanthropic efforts in the mental health field, The Handle Bar’s commitment to wellness runs deep.
Jess will lead a 30-minute MOVE At Home workout. MOVE is a total-body workout that combines high-intensity plyometric movement with slow-burning kettlebell strength work. It fuses The Handle Bar's passion for music-driven exercise with thoughtful programming.
