Isadora Gama, the creator and owner of the H.O.T. (Hormone Optimization Training) Body Experience, will lead this week's Thursday Fit at Six with a 30-minute HIFT (High Intensity Functional Training) -- a circuit-based training program. It’s functional because it impacts the lifting, lunging, jumping, climbing, pulling and pushing you do in real life. No experience needed, but you will need a dumbbell (you can also use a can, wine bottle, or anything that creates resistance.)
The Boston Calendar's Thursday Fit at Six: Virtual Fitness Series will introduce you to a different workout and local instructor every week. Every Thursday at 6 p.m. ET, tune in via Facebook Live or Instagram Live to challenge yourself to a virtual workout led by local fitness instructors or studios.
