In conjunction with the Waterworks Museum's new exhibition Reservoir: What the Water Knows, Dinosaur Annex Music Ensemble presents Thirst and Quenching.
Thirst and Quenching is a program of compositions drawn from a variety of experimental musical traditions. The selected works explore dimensions of water in an array of sonic manifestations and evocations. The pieces contain notated and open-ended elements, reflecting the unpredictability of water’s meandering ways.
