New to HUBweek this year, the Ideas Dome Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA will feature a series of more than four dozen sessions taking place across five days, exploring how we can build a more inclusive and equitable future.
Empathy: being able to understand the feelings, thoughts, & experience of someone else, often without using any words at all.
"How ya feeling?" Human beings are interested in what other people think or feel. We call that empathy. But what human beings really want to know is, what are you thinking or feeling about me? In fact, everybody wants the same thing: to simply be valued by another human being. How do we do it? How do I let you know I see you as valuable?
