In partnership with Walden Local Meat, New England’s premier provider of 100% Grass-Fed Beef and Pasture-Raised Chicken, Pork and Lamb, which operates its flagship butcher shop in the heart of the South End, “The Steakhouse’s” dad-forward menu will consist of select cuts of tender dry-aged beef and flavor-packed Heritage Breed Pork, paired with an assortment of sumptuous sides created by Executive Chef James Lyons.
Specials will include Walden Meats 100% Grass-Fed & Pasture-Raised Dry-Aged Ribeye or New York Strip, each priced at $55 and served with guests’ choice of the following presentations:
Piri Piri Sauce with BBQ Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms and Goat Cheese Grits
or
Shallot-Red Wine Bordelaise, Pardon Peppers and Whipped Potatoes
A satisfying third option consisting of Pork Belly with Farro Verde, Whipped Feta and Pickled Lemon will be available for $27. For those seeking to sip while they sup, or simply raise a glass in Pops’ honor, the restaurant’s extensive wine menu, list of compelling signature cocktails, and first-rate assortment of craft beers will also be available.
In keeping with The Beehive’s commitment to featuring world-class live music every day of the week, local legend and keyboard extraordinaire Bruce Bear and his band “Bruce Bear and Friends,” will take the stage to deliver their always-memorable Sunday Blues set.
