The Rivers School Conservatory (RSC) is holding its 41st annual Seminar on Contemporary Music for the Young from Friday April 5 to Sunday April 7. The annual three day festival celebrates music composed within the past 25 years with student recitals, guest performers, and world premieres of new works. All performances will be at The Rivers School Conservatory’s Rivera Recital hall. All performances are open to the public.
The Rivers School Conservatory’s Rivera Recital Hall is located at 333 Winter Street in Weston, MA. The Friday performances are free. Tickets for Saturday and Sunday cost $10 per day and may either be purchased at the door or online. For more information or to buy tickets visit the website.

Since 1975, The Rivers School Conservatory (RSC) in Weston, Massachusetts has been inspiring musical excellence for students of all levels and abilities ranging in age from 5 years old to adults. RSC’s 100 highly trained and experienced faculty share their knowledge through private lessons, workshops, performance ensembles, and six youth orchestras. The Conservatory’s 900 students are given many opportunities to refine and enhance their skills through participation in weekly recitals and workshops as well as several concerts a year.
