The Reset Experience is a self-guided reflective experience designed to create space for conversation, personal reflection, and meaningful human connection. Visitors may engage with one or all of the following elements:
- Reset Prompt Cards – Reflection cards visitors can take with them.
- Reflection Question Wall – Participants respond to a “Question of the Day” using sticky notes. Ex: ”What do you think loneliness is doing to our generation?”
- Begin Again Cards – Visitors write something they would like to begin again and may display it, place it in a container, or take it with them.
- Leave It Here Box – Anonymous opportunity to release a burden, concern, or thought.
- Listening Chair – A simple space where a volunteer listens without judgment.
- Hug Station – Available for anyone who would like a hug.
- Dream Interpretation Table – A conversation space where visitors may share a dream and explore possible meanings.
