Whether it's a condo or a single-family house, we will cover all of the basics on how to be an informed home buyer. We'll discuss how to critically examine and compare properties, review essential questions to ask the seller/agent, and outline the purchasing timeline and action items. A lender will be making a guest appearance to answer further questions about the lending process. Instructors: Alissa Spencer and Kim Dargon, Coldwell Banker Realty
