About the Workshop
Movement is a human and integrated practice, but the way we train and teach can feel fragmented and disconnected.
In this 4-hour workshop focused on handbalancing and lower body strength, we lay out The Movement Blueprint you can use to explore and evolve your practice, and even teach others. All workshop content is based off the teaching and movement approach used at our South Boston-based studio, Body of Work.
