The Making of Save Erce is a short documentary film that shares the inspiring journey behind Brio's fictional Save Erce podcast. Created during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, a diverse group of people—of all ages and abilities—came together to write, act, and bring to life a unique story about Duncan, a dragon on a mission to save the Earth (Erce), and a small town of Wincharm where a secret magical community prepares for their annual Halloween party. Through 13 episodes blending fantasy, humor, and heart, Save Erce explored themes of community, resilience, and the power of collaboration in times of crisis. The documentary features the voices of the writers, performers, and partners involved, highlighting the importance of the arts in uniting communities.
