The Makanda Project's third and final 2018 concert on the lawn of First Church in Roxbury. The community event will feature opportunities for participation - a drum circle and interactive mural-making - along with arts and crafts vendors and food. Kurtis Rivers, Henry Cook, Lance Bryant, Sean Berry, Charlie Kohlhase (saxophones); Jerry Sabatini, Phil Grenadier (trumpets); Ku-umba Frank Lacy, Sarah Politz, Bill Lowe (trombones); John Kordalewski (piano); John Lockwood (bass); Yoron Israel (drums).
