The Magic of Meditation

Join Dunja Babič and Souleymane Konate, creators of LotSea—an online space for personal transformation and spiritual growth—for an hour of relaxation, reflection, and meditation.

In this program, you will explore:

• A gentle breathing technique to calm your mind and emotions, and relax your body;
• A reflection that focuses on one of the following topics: how to listen to the voice within, how to deal with change, or how to become aware of self-imposed limitations.
• A guided meditation to close the practice.
