In the structural segments (Saturday), we will explore practices to work with common structural conditions related to the back, hips, neck, and shoulders. In the physiological segments (Sunday), we will explore practices to manage fatigue that accompanies many conditions. In the psychological segment (Sunday), we will explore practices to manage symptoms of anxiety, reframe our life orientation, and find sources of happiness and inspiration.
