We have loops of 3, 5, and 7 miles mapped out along the scenic Mystic River and Lakes. Meet at 11, run usually departs by 11:10, return for friendly hangs over beers when the brewery opens at noon.


There’s no expectation, run your own run. We’re a supportive group whether you’re fast or slow or in between. Come join the fun!
