The InterContinental Boston will be presenting an elegant Easter Brunch menu on behalf of Executive Chef Didier Montarou at Miel Brasserie Provençale on Sunday, April 1st for adults and kids alike. Seating is from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Easter Brunch, and the Easter Bunny will be making an appearance at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.


General Manager Bradford Rice says, "We are excited to welcome spring and celebrate with the public this Easter Sunday with an appearance by the Easter Bunny at the InterContinental Boston." The Easter Bunny will be hopping along and not only be available for guests dining and staying at the hotel, but also available to the public within the lobby area of the InterContinental Hotel Boston with opportunities for selfies with parents and kids.


Menu highlights include an Omelet Station including Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Sunny Side Up and Designer Omelets Made to Order, a variety of salads and a Seafood Display, plus Carving Stations with Porcini Crusted Sirloin, Wild Mushroom, and Dijon Cream Sauce, Mint Pomegranate Roasted Leg of Lamb, Cumin & Cucumber Yogurt, Ginger & Orange Cedar Plank Salmon, Strawberry & Rhubarb Compote.


The full menu from starters to dessert is available for $90 for Adults, and $35.00 for Children 12 years of age and younger. Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended for brunch and may be made by phoning Miel Brasserie Provençale at 617.217.5151.


The meet and greet with the Easter Bunny with opportunities for selfies is open to the community at large within the lobby of the InterContinental Boston.
