Oculus VR™ (Irvine, CA) is currently developing the Oculus Rift, a ground-breaking virtual reality headset for immersive gaming, in an effort to revolutionize the way people experience interactive content.
On November 2nd, join with Oculus' COO Laird Malamed and other OculusVR personnel for a day-long series of discussions, educator talks, product overviews, and hands-on demonstrations. Multiple sessions and discussion will highlight the future of virtual reality, virtual reality and game development, entrepreneurs working with virtual reality, hardware-hacker sessions, general trends for Oculus hiring, and more.
Multiple Boston-based game studios will present topics focused on the implementation of games with the Oculus Rift developer kit. Oculus VR will have multiple latest-generation headsets (hi-def) for demonstrations and will be meeting with with faculty and staff of game developer educational programs from the region.
Meeting rooms will be dedicated for Business Development, Educational Development, and PR with Oculus Rift VR personnel.
