This half-day program gives parents the skills and confidence to get kids outside and learning in nature. We will cover ways of inspiring your children to get off the couch and out in nature, as well as safety, resources and materials, and planning. Fool-proof campfire making skills, tarp and tent shelters, kid-friendly activities like coal burning and cooking as well as simple stone tools will be covered.


This program is for moms, dads, grandparents or anyone who works with kids and wants to help them learn and grow in nature.


Three+ hours long in an indoor and outdoor natural setting for activities that include fire making, tarp and tent set up, and cooking.
