The Fenway Fridays is BACK with Urban Farming (3-6pm) for this week’s special theme. Kick off the weekend by getting your hands dirty.
Green City Growers, the team who maintains Fenway Farms, will be at 401 Park to teach you how to treat your plants with care. Participants will learn about native perennials and how they provide important habitats for pollinators and beneficial insects. They will also make a “pollinator pod,” a wildflower seed pod combining soil, terra cotta clay and wildflower/bee seed mix to take home. After the event, start your own mini pollinator garden at home with take-away seed packets.

For the second year in a row, The Fenway Fridays are back and better than ever. This year the event series will feature curated, unique-to-Boston experiences, collaborations and giveaways at the newly open 401 Park green space.
Each of The Fenway Fridays will celebrate a different theme, drawing on the city's work hard, play harder mentality and enthusiasm for food, well-being, music, fashion, art, and more.
