The Experience is a deep, beautiful, cathartic ride through all the layers of our subtle and physical being. There will be yoga, kriyas, movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra. Turn your lights off, light a candle, and prepare to move, breathe, feel, honor, and to be still. Amy will to guide you through this 90 minute transformational journey back to your heart; the place of love, connection and peace.
