Created by tap dancer Michelle Dorrance and b-girl Ephrat Asherie, The Center Will Not Hold features tap, breaking, hip-hop, Chicago Footwork, Detroit Jit, Litefeet, and Memphis Jookin, performed by a collective of singular performers including Dorrance and Asherie. The work includes original music composed by Donovan Dorrance, and live performance by world-class percussionist John Angeles.
