Sal Daher is an Angel Investor with Walnut Ventures and MIT Angels and takes stakes in about a dozen startups every year. He is also the founder of Angel Invest Boston, a podcast that seeks to learn more about the creation of world-changing startups through dialogues with founders and angel investors.


Sheila Narayan
Managing Director at Golden Seeds


Sheila Narayan is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds where she manages their Office Hours Program and assists with deal flow activities. She is active in Boston’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, mentoring entrepreneurs and judging business competitions. She has over 20 years of experience in the payments and financial technology industries. Previously, Sheila held executive leadership roles at Online Resources, Inc. and was a Partner at First Annapolis Consulting.


Christine Fuchs
Angel Investor at Launchpad Venture Group


Christine is an angel investor focused on investing in early stage companies in the Greater Boston area. She is an active investor and board member of Launchpad Venture Group, the most active angel investment group in the Northeast. Christine began her career at Wellington Management. For the initial 10 years there, she was an equity analyst and sector fund manager, responsible for $2.0 billion in assets (specialty: consumer staples globally). Eventually, she became the Associate Director of Global Industry Research and led a team of nearly 100 investment professionals and served on the firm’s management committees, including the Compensation Committee and the Equity Review Committee. At age 39, she retired from the investment management industry to found and successfully run her own company. In recent years, she has leveraged her expertise in analyzing companies to invest in start-up companies in the Greater Boston area.

Lisa Frusztajer is on the Investment Committee at Portfolia, an Angel Investor at Pipeline Angels and Next Wave Ventures and a Venture Partner at Converge Venture Partners. She started her career with Sun Microsystems, then helped grow a small software startup called KYOS, then joined Avid Technology, the leading provider of audio and video technology for media organizations and independent professionals. Lisa’s background is an eclectic blend of marketing, engineering and project management, as well as of technology, manufacturing, higher education and finance.
