The fifth Jazz event in this series features bassist Bruce Gertz, trumpeter Phil Grenadier, saxophonist Walter Smith III, and drummer Luther Gray.
Sunday, March 22nd, 2pm to 4pm. Preceded by the March exhibit reception at 1pm.
Free admission! Donations will be greatly appreciated.

Bruce Gertz is known for his superb mastery of the upright bass and was named “Outstanding Bassist” by Boston Music Awards. Gertz has performed and recorded with artists such as Gary Burton, Jerry Bergonzi, Jon Hendricks, Diane Schuur, Gil Evans, and many others. he is the author of six books and contributing editor to Bass World Magazine. As a bandleader, Gertz has recorded more than twenty albums. His latest quartet release received four stars in Downbeat, December 2017.
