The Boston Printmakers 2017 North American Print Biennial received over 1900 entries, from which 96 were accepted for exhibition. Juror Judith Brodie of the National Gallery, Washington D.C. reviewed the works to produce an exceptional selection of prints made within the past two years. Covering traditional and innovative media, the prints range in scale and dimension, one print will even grow grass during the five-week exhibition.
The Biennial will be on display in both the Roberts and Raizes galleries from January 27 – March 4, 2018. There will be a Juror's Talk starting at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 27, followed by an opening reception from 2:00 to 5:00 pm in the Roberts gallery.
