Let’s spend a sweet Saturday morning in a conversation with Ashwini Ramanisankar, our beloved long-time cooking instructor from India and learn how to make dosa. Ashwini will talk about her The Magic of Dosas book and demonstrate how to make Dosas from scratch. Delicious and gluten-free, masala dosais are crisp and fluffy rice and lentil wraps filled with a spicy potato curry and served with creamy coconut chutney. With their combination of easy-to-digest protein and curried vegetables, these popular crêpes make for a healthy, light meal. You’ll also learn about kitchen equipment needed and where to buy ingredients. The tuition includes the book.
